Dwayne is the primary pastor at Wellspring Church since 2007. He planted it in Charlotte, North Carolina. Additionally, he is a part of the Acts 29 Network, where he works as director of Pastoral Care. Alongside his pastoring, Dwayne has a passion for equipping the next generation of biblical counselors. He is a part on the Board for the Biblical Counseling Alliance. He is the author of numerous online articles as well as a contributor to Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Transforming lives through God's unchanging truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars).
