April Lockhart
April Lockhart, born in 1995 on the 4th day of July. She began lessons on piano and guitar at seven years old. Her interest in creating songs was sparked. April's first song was Different, which she wrote at 12 years of age. At 14 old, she devoted an enormous amount of time developing song ideas and perfecting her music. In the following years, she took writing trips together with her dad to LA and NY. The month also saw her include other related topics for some of her classmates who struggle with such things as peer pressure disabilities and even teenage suicide as depicted in the song Take my Hand. Lockhart is a popular figure and also works as a lifestyle blogger with the renowned Ilia Clean Beauty brand. Her birthplace didn't come with a left-hand, which is the reason she's what she is. It's just not all the facts. The profile of Lockhart on Twitter does not ignore her status as disabled, but neither does it make a point of it. What message is it trying to convey? that we are all a part of a multitude and that we are all unique and we're more than our physical selves. I do not want this to define me I don't want to be a disability influencer where it's the only thing I speak about since there are so many other things about my life. Lockhart states in video form from her home in Nashville. It doesn't affect my daily life. It's all normal, and I've learned how to make adjustments. It's a big element of my life so it is important to talk about the subject. Lockhart encourages us to keep moving forward with self-acceptance. Even so, Lockhart admits having moments of feeling uneasy about her appearance as well as wearing clothes that showed her arms. She is able to wear anything she'd like, and is proud to share photos of herself wearing these clothes. The journey itself is what I'm not sure if you ever arrive she says of self-love. But, this isn't common for anyone that is prone to doubts. The people you surround yourself with that truly understand your personal story and who can look through your eyes are the most important people to remind you of what you're worrying about.
